The Ivanhoe Girls’ Aquatics program operates during school terms, between 3.30pm – 6.30pm (Mon – Fri) and 8.30am – 11.50am (Sat), excluding public holidays.
The Ivanhoe Girls’ Aquatics Office is located at the pool’s deep end. The Swim School Coordinator and/or Teacher in Charge (TIC) can assist you between 3.30pm – 6.00pm (Mon – Fri) and 8.00am – 12.00pm (Sat).
If staff are unavailable to assist you in person, you can send us an email at aquatics@ivanhoegirls.vic.edu.au and one of our friendly staff will respond to you as soon as possible.
School holiday swimming intensives are offered to existing customers and members of public. These programs are invoiced separately to Term invoicing. Communications regarding upcoming programs are sent to customers via email in addition to any invitations to register.
Students who are not currently enrolled in our term-based program are welcome to register for any swimming intensive programs offered.
Changing facilities are located at the pool’s shallow end. Both closed cubicles with showers and open-plan changing facilities are available. Please refer to the centre’s Policies for more information regarding the parental supervision of young children.
