Enrol Payment

All swimmers are invoiced at the end of each term for full payment of fees for the upcoming term. As lessons are not held on public holidays these dates will not be included on your invoice.

Payment of fees must be made in full by the due date listed on your invoice. Students are automatically withdrawn from their respective classes where payment of your account is not received by the due date. Please refer to our Policies page for further information.

Payment can be made:

  • Online via our secure payment portal (click the 'make a payment' button below) 
  • Cheque (made out to Ivanhoe Girls’ Aquatics) 

Removal of online bank transfer and cash payments 

  1. Following the health advice provided by the Department of Human Health Services, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the option to complete payment of fees in cash has been removed. 
  2. Effective from 1 September 2019, the option to complete payment of fees via online bank transfer has been removed. We would therefore kindly request that customers utilise the Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar secure payment portal if completing payment electronically.

If you are unable to complete payment online, please contact the Swimming Manager, who can assist in processing your payment over the phone.

NB: Some health insurance funds offer payable benefits for swimming lessons and training for children where a doctor has recommended the activity be undertaken to assist with a medical condition. Please contact your Health Insurer to enquire if your health fund offers this level of cover.
